At NutriPulse, your satisfaction and well-being are our priority. We are committed to conducting business with fairness, honesty, and responsibility.


Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you are eligible for a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Please contact us with your order number and clear photos or video evidence of the issue

Change of Mind / General Returns

If you change your mind, do not like the product, or wish to return it for any other reason, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving the item, subject to the conditions below:

• Unused & Unopened Items
If the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging, a full refund will be issued.

• Opened or Partially Used Items (50% or More Remaining)
If the product has been opened or used, but 50% or more of the product remains, a 25% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover handling and operational costs.

• Items with Less Than 50% Remaining
If less than 50% of the product remains, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
